Waiver and Risk Assumption

WAIVER AND RISK ASSUMPTION

 Dog training and all other associated activities are provided by Roley Dogs to its students under the following conditions:

1. Students assume total responsibility for any risk associated with the training and other associated activities whilst at the grounds where the classes are held.
2. Students assume total responsibility for their dog/s, or dog/s under their control.
3. Students agree to absolve Roley Dogs and any of its employees, volunteers and or others, from any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage or other claim to themselves, property or their dog/s.
4. Students accept total responsibility for all risk associated, using and handling any of Roley Dogs’ equipment.
5. Parents/guardians of minor Students will assume all responsibility of such and sign the waiver.
