Dogs West Open Day

This was our third year at the Dogs West Open Day. This year, on top of having our stall, Michelle was asked to do a presentation on our popular Kids and Canines classes. These classes have been unique to Roley Dogs and provide an opportunity for our younger people (8 years and above) to train in a class that is tailored to their individual needs and goals.

We are so proud of all of the Kids and Canines students that we have taught. Not only do we get to teach them, we learn so much from each and every one of them. It was an absolute pleasure to share just how fabulous these students are. Wouldn’t it be great to see more of these sorts of classes available to our future generations of dog owners.

Did you drop in and see us all at the Dogs West Open Day?  We managed to capture photos of some of our students who dropped in. It was a joy to get to speak to so many of you and hear how your dogs have been going.

Who remembers Candice who used to run our tricks classes? Well, we also shared our space with Candice and Kassie from Small Steps Dog Training. If you are in the Rockingham area, Candice runs some awesome classes down that way. Not only classes, Candice also has Sniffari days. These are an opportunity for your dogs to go and try out a selection of themed sniffing activities. These are set up for both dog-social dogs, and those who prefer their space. I will share the details next time I see Candice putting on a Sniffari.

Now that the Dogs West Open Day is over for this year, we are starting to prepare for the City of Armadale Dogs Day Out that is on the final Sunday in April. We look forward to seeing you there.
